French boutique Racine has taken on three partners, boosting its partner numbers to 22. Corporate lawyer Gilles de Boisseson joins the firm from his self-named boutique, Gilles de Boisseson. He joins with corporate lawyer Jean-Yves Martin, also from Gilles de Boisseson. Former counsel of state Michel de Guillenchmidt joins the firm as a partner to boost Racine's public law department.
