Embattled US class action giant Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman has hired Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson veteran Matthew Gluck as a partner. The hire comes during a period of upheaval at Milberg following the firm’s indictment on charges of secretly paying more than $11m (£5.8m) in kickbacks to claimants in class action lawsuits. The firm has pleaded not guilty.
