Philadelphia personal injury firm Weinstein Schleifer & Kupersmith has filed suit against former partner Norman J. Weinstein in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court, alleging, among other things, that he used the firm’s money to fund his own side businesses and, upon leaving the firm for Galfand Berger, poached clients and referral sources.

The suit also alleges Weinstein, while working as a Weinstein Schleifer attorney, helped his client and business partner perpetrate workers’ compensation fraud.
