State prosecutors may have to turn over psychological records of several individuals accusing former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky of sexual abuse, criminal defense attorneys said.
Following an order Tuesday from the judge presiding over Sandusky’s case, the state has one week to show the court why the psychological records of the alleged victims are privileged under state law. According to lawyers, that privilege is waived for any such records the prosecution has in its possession.
