The state Supreme Court has suspended Traffic Court Judge Willie F. Singletary without pay in an order issued Thursday.
Singletary was suspended from his judicial duties Dec. 23 by Philadelphia Common Pleas Court Judge Gary S. Glazer because Singletary allegedly showed a photograph of his genitals to a Philadelphia Parking Authority contractor.
