When Kyle Arnold arrived at the offices of Philadelphia-based litigation defense firm Marks O’Neill O’Brien & Courtney Thursday for what he thought was a deposition in his civil suit against Pep Boys, he was surprised by something other than opposing counsel’s tough questions.

Arnold was instead apprehended by police as a suspect in a May armed robbery that took place in the parking lot of the very same Philadelphia Pep Boys location at the center of his civil suit.
