The former general counsel and chief operating officer of Glock Inc. has gained an unlikely ally in challenging his recent racketeering conviction for stealing corporate funds: the son of Gaston Glock, the company founder and inventor of the pistol that bears his name.

On April 11, the day that Paul Jannuzzo was sentenced to serve seven years in prison and pay a $100,000 fine, Robert Glock told the Daily Report that Jannuzzo’s conviction was “unbelievable” and should not have happened.
