SAN FRANCISCO — Mountain View-based LinkedIn Corp. filed a prospectus for an initial public offering today, and attorneys from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Cooley in Palo Alto will be helping it become the first of several Silicon Valley-based social networking companies to go public.
Wilson Sonsini is representing LinkedIn with a legal team led by Vice Chair Jeffrey Saper and corporate partners Katharine Martin and Jon Avina .
