Litigation partner��<a href="https://www.freshfields.com/ja/contacts/find-a-lawyer/o/okada-kazuki/" target="_blank">Okada</a>, who��focuses on cross-border litigation, employment and intellectual property disputes, and international arbitration, previously led��Freshfields disputes practice in the Japanese capital.
