The survey, the General Counsel Up-At-Night Report Privacy + Data Security In-Depth Report, asked 200 in-house counsel based in the U.S, about their privacy practices, and discovered that the majority are keeping data privacy and security front of mind. This was especially true, the survey found, with the rapid approach of the May 25 deadline to comply with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.
