Hogan Lovells, Latham & Watkins and Morgan Lewis & Bockius have advised on the creation of a $1bn (£623m) Hollywood studio to be run by the former head of Warner Brothers Motion Picture Group, Jeff Robinov..Hogan Lovells, alongside Los Angeles head-quartered firm Ziffren Brittenham, acted as co-counsel to Studio 8 Holdings, the sole owner of the newly created Studio 8.

The cross border team from Hogan Lovells was led by Los Angeles corporate partners Sheri Jeffrey, Barry Dastin and Russ Cashdan, with assistance from Shanghai based associates.
