Freshfields, Latham & Watkins, Kirkland & Ellis and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton are advising on the $7.1 billion privatization of Hong Kong-headquartered ESR Group.
A consortium which includes Sixth Street, Qatar Investment Authority, SSW Partners, Starwood Capital Group and Warburg Pincus has made a binding offer to buy out ESR.
