Hughes Hubbard & Reed; Freshfields; Ballard Spahr; Covington & Burling; Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft; Hogan Lovells; Fenwick & West and Akin, Gump, Strauss Hauer & Feld have all brought on new laterals in recent weeks, including from the Securities and Enforcement Commission and peer firms.
