Large law firms have dramatically scaled back their presence at this year's annual climate event in the Central European capital of Baku, in Azerbaijan.
Despite a strong showing at previous U.N. COP conferences, several firms have sent fewer or no people this year, with many unwilling to speak about their delegations to the event.
