Leading law firms in South America are recruiting top litigation and arbitration talent as they anticipate an increase in construction and infrastructure projects leading to more disputes.

DLA Piper Chile has hired the head of arbitration at Chilean firm Albagli Zaliasnik as a partner in its dispute resolution practice to strengthen the firm’s disputes capabilities.
