Foley Hoag has picked up a four-person international trade and national security team in Paris led by veteran corporate crime compliance partner Olivier Dorgans, who joins from Ashurst.

Dorgans advises public and private financial institutions, insurers and industrial groups, particularly in the defense, aeronautics, pharmaceutical, luxury, telecommunication, crypto and retail sectors, Foley Hoag said. He also represents French and European clients in proceedings before various French, European and American regulators.
