Dechert Asia Arbitration Head Leaves to Launch Disputes Boutique

Dechert Asia international arbitration head Mark Mangan has left the firm to co-found a disputes boutique, Lindsay Francis & Mangan, in Singapore.

The two other co-founders, former Dechert partner Timothy Lindsay and former Meredith Connell partner Kim Francis, also run an Auckland-based disputes boutique Lindsay & Francis, which was established in 2017. Both Lindsay and Francis previously worked in the London office of Dechert in 2010.
