Haiwen Takes Another Partner From Linklaters' China Affiliate

Haiwen & Partners has hired a partner from Zhao Sheng Law Firm, the China joint operation practice of Linklaters.

Benran Huang is a mergers and acquisitions lawyer based in Beijing. He joined Zhao Sheng as an associate in 2019 and was made partner last year. Prior to joining Zhao Sheng, he practiced at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison for two years and at Linklaters for over four years.
