Simpson Thacher Advises on CVC's Latest $6.8B Asia Fund Raising

Luxembourg-based private equity and investment firm CVC has raised almost $7 billion in capital commitments for its latest Asia fund, called CVC Capital Partners Asia VI.

Asia VI will focus on investments in consumer and services sectors across Asia. So far, CVC has made over 80 acquisitions in the region.
