A far higher proportion of associates want their law firms to promote diversity than partners do, according to a recent U.K. survey from recruitment firm Major, Lindsey & Africa.
The poll of more than 400 lawyers across 227 firms found 41% of associates want law firms to promote diversity more, compared to just 24% of partners.
