E.ON Ditches Exclusive Contract With Pinsents, Sets Up Three-Firm Legal Panel

German multinational electric utility E.ON has ditched its exclusive client contract with Pinsent Masons, and established a legal panel.

Following a tender process, the company has brought DLA Piper and Shakespeare Martineau onboard to advise alongside Pinsent Masons on the panel.
