Milbank’s London leadership has cited its distinct partnership structure as one of the reasons for its recent success in the U.K. capital, as the firm posts strong growth figures and once again raises NQ pay to market-leading levels.

Earlier this week, the firm announced revenue growth of 17.8% to reach $1.5 billion in 2023 while its profits per equity partner jumped 18.6% to $5.1 million, making it an outlier amid a general trend of depreciating PEP.
