Six months into sealing an exclusive alliance, Eversheds Sutherland has almost onboarded all of the willing lawyers from King & Wood Mallesons’ U.K. Europe, and Middle East offices.
According to Lee Ranson, chief executive of Eversheds, King & Wood’s Spanish outfit in Madrid, which employs approximately 12 partners, is the one remaining office that has yet to port lawyers over to Eversheds. Discussions are ongoing.
