Bowmans has bolstered its South African restructuring department with a hire of six lawyers from local rival Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr in Johannesburg.

The business rescue, restructuring and insolvency team, which joined Bowmans on January 1, consists of partners Tobie Jordaan, Kgosi Nkaiseng, Roxanne Webster and Kylene Weyers, and associates Jessica Osmond and Nseula Chilikhuma, according to the firm’s announcement.
