Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld’s Hong Kong partner Ing Loong Yang has left the firm to become an independent arbitrator and mediator.
Yang acts on a wide range of disputes involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, shareholder issues and joint ventures. He focuses on China-related matters and has represented clients in numerous international arbitrations under the rules of a range of arbitral institutions, including CIETAC, SIAC, ICC, HKIAC and UNCITRAL, as well as in the Hong Kong courts.
