Slaughter and May has made its associate scheme of reduced working hours for reduced pay a permanent option from January 2024 onwards, according to the firm.
As part of the scheme, dubbed the “switch on/switch off” model, associates have the opportunity to reduce their working hours to 0.9 or 0.8 FTE.
