Paul, Weiss, Rifkind Wharton & Garrison’s newly-revitalized U.K. office has taken a key role advising private equity firm General Atlantic on its acquisition of a controlling stake in Danish-founded cafe chain Joe & The Juice.
Paul Weiss advised General Atlantic on the deal, with the firm’s global co-chair of M&A, Matthew Abott, New York partner Ian M. Hazlett, new London co-head Roger Johnson and new London joiner partner Kanesh Balasubramaniam all leading, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
