After several weeks of protests on college campuses across the country responsive to Hamas’ Oct. 7 attack on Israel and Israel’s killing of more than 8,000 civilians in the Gaza Strip since, 24 Big Law firms sent a letter to the deans of the top 14 law schools Thursday, calling on the schools to condemn anti-Israel protests and harassment.

“We have been alarmed at reports of anti-Semitic harassment, vandalism and assaults on college campuses, including rallies calling for the death of Jews and the elimination of the State of Israel,” the letter, obtained by the American Lawyer, stated. “Such anti-Semitic activities would not be tolerated at any of our firms.”
