Canadian law firm Bennett Jones’ has been adding lawyers to its Montreal office, which now has 11 lawyers and a senior adviser. The firm launched the office in May.
Martin Valasek has come on board as co-head of the firm’s international arbitration after more than 20 years at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada. International tax partner Julia Qian Wang and M&A and corporate finance partner Jean Tessier both have joined Bennett Jones from Blake, Cassels & Graydon.
