A&O Shearman Has Lift Off—99% of Partners Give Green Light

Partners at Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling have overwhelmingly approved the merger of the two firms, paving the way for a completed tie-up in 2024.

An joint announcement said 99% of the votes cast at each firm were in favour of the deal.
