King & Wood Mallesons, Davis Polk & Wardwell and Latham & Watkins have topped the charts for being the most active Asia Pacific legal advisors by the collective value of mergers and acquisitions announced in the first three quarters of 2023.
According to Refinitiv data, King & Wood advised on 55 Asia Pacific transactions worth $37 billion while Davis Polk and Latham acted on 16 and 30 deals worth $35 billion and $33 billion, respectively.
