U.K.-headquartered law firm CMS has incorporated a firm in Mexico and rolled out new practice areas there just one week after it signed a cooperation agreement in Brazil.
Escalante y Asociados, a boutique consultancy and litigation firm that specializes in tax, foreign trade and money laundering prevention, will add five lawyers and a certified public accountant to the firm, known in Mexico as CMS Woodhouse Lorente Ludlow.
