London's Metropolitan Police has launched an investigation into potential criminality concerning the plight of Axiom Ince, which is to close this week.
In a statement, a spokesperson for the Met said: "We are aware of a report made by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Detectives from the Met's Specialist Crime [Directorate] have launched an investigation and enquiries are ongoing."
