Shearman & Sterling has brought back a capital markets attorney who has twice worked at the firm, and who joins this time around as a New York-based partner in the Latin America practice.

Alejandro Gordano arrives from Linklaters, where he was a New York-based counsel for more than three years. The Argentina native has also worked in Buenos Aires, Zurich, London and Cambridge, Massachusetts in a mixture of in-house and law firm roles.
