Borden Ladner Gervais has brought on a former insurance company in-house counsel to lead its national corporate and regulatory insurance and reinsurance team.

Rick Da Costa joins Borden Ladner’s financial services team in Toronto from the law firm Cassels Brock & Blackwell. Prior to that, he was VP and senior assistant GC at Zurich Insurance Co.
