Cozen O’Connor has hired Atoussa Mahmoudpour as a member of its North American corporate law group in Vancouver, where she’ll chair the firm’s new Canadian life sciences and technology practice.
Mahmoudpour, who comes to Cozen from Norton Rose Fulbright, has handled a range of international M&A and other cross-border transactions, according to the firm. She was previously the chief legal officer at TSX-listed WELL Health Technologies Corp. and prior to that was an associate with Evershed Sutherland in Dubai, according to her LinkedIn profile
