Ashurst’s global CEO Paul Jenkins has said the firm has “no plan at present” to pursue a U.S. merger, adding that the firm’s priority was “organic growth”.

After the firm announced global revenue growth of 10% to £879 million for the 2022/23 financial year, Jenkins told Law.com International: “We continue to look at all the opportunities to expand in the U.S. However the priority for us is to continue to grow organically—and there’s no plan at present to do anything other than organic growth.”
