Dentons Canada has brought on a long-time in-house counsel from Canada’s largest bank to lead the expansion of the firm’s national banking and payments regulatory team.

Lisa Ford spent the last 19 years at RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) where she was most recently senior director of enterprise payments—business risk and industry affairs. She joins Dentons as a partner in the firm’s national banking and finance group in Toronto with more than 22 years of banking industry experience in both legal and business roles.
