Clifford Chance Launches Third US Office In Houston

Clifford Chance is launching a third U.S. office in the Texan city of Houston following the hire of several lawyers, including two partners from Latham & Watkins.

The launch involves the arrival of Houston-based Latham & Watkins partners Jonathan Castelan and Trevor Lavelle, according to a person with knowledge of the matter, as well as five other partner hires that have not yet been announced.
