Beijing-based Hylands Law Firm has strengthened its antitrust practice with the hire of anti-monopoly lawyer Michael Gu, a founding partner of Anjie Law Firm and a former partner at Zhong Lun Law firm, in Shanghai.
The senior partner hire comes less than four months after Hylands made its international debut with the establishment of an overseas office in San Francisco, through a merger with Bay Area boutique practice, Law Offices of Andrew H. Dai.
