Pinsent Masons’ former communications head, and founder of volunteering service Fifth Day, has died at the age of 40 following a battle with cancer.
Fred Banning, who passed away on Friday, was first diagnosed with terminal bowel cancer in 2020.
Banning, who had battled cancer for some years, campaigned to see that people with terminal illnesses were prioritised for COVID-19 vaccines.
