Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan has filed a legal challenge against Swiss financial regulator, Finma, on behalf of a group of both Swiss and international investors, the firm announced on Friday.
The filing is the latest move in the Credit Suisse bondholder battle, following the write down of $17 billion worth of bonds in March as part of the takeover by UBS.
