Morrison & Foerster has deepened its private equity and M&A bench in Asia with the hire of Rongjing Zhao from Kirkland & Ellis, where she was a partner.  

Zhao is the third private equity partner to join the U.S. firm in Asia this quarter, following the additions of Steven Tran and Tabitha Saw in Singapore.
