A trio of firms have advised on the sale of Superdry’s intellectual property assets in the Asia Pacific region to a Korean fashion group.
DLA Piper, Macfarlanes and Ashurst all advised as U.K.-headquartered clothing brand Superdry sold its IP assets to South Korean retail group Cowell Fashion Company for an upfront cash payment of $50m.
