A Sidley Austin London managing associate has joined fund manager Daiwa International Capital Partners (DICP) as its first general counsel.
Matthew Anson, who had been at Sidley as a London senior managing associate for three years, joins DICP, which was founded in 2020 as an independent fund manager with the support of Japanese securities firm Daiwa Securities Group.
