In its second big hiring move in a week, Cozen O’Connor is bringing on a four-lawyer team led by the former chair of midsize Toronto firm Minden Gross’ securities and capital markets group.

Andrew Elbaz and Alexander Katznelson as partners and Zachary Janes and Michael Shafarenko as associates join Cozen in its corporate practice group in Toronto. Elbaz will also take on the role of co-chair of securities and capital markets for Canada.
