International law firm K&L Gates has grabbed three partners from Australian firm HWL Ebsworth, boosting its corporate and asset management and investment funds practices.
All three partners—James Lonie, Natalya Hards and Lisa Lautier—are Sydney-based and have already started at the firm. They will add further depth to K&L Gates’s corporate and asset management teams and to the firm’s national offering, Nick Nichola, K&L Gates’s Australia managing partner, said in a statement.
