A host of heavyweight law firms are advising as telcoms giant Vodafone spins off its stake in tower infrastructure company Vantage Towers via a joint venture vehicle.
Linklaters, Latham & Watkins, Hengeler Mueller, Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe and Allen & Overy are involved in the deal which will see a consortium of funds led by Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) and private equity house KKR entering into a strategic co-control partnership with Vodafone for its 82% stake in tower infrastructure company Vantage Towers AG.
