Cozen O’Connor continues its Canadian growth drive with the hiring of Michael Osborne as chair of a new antitrust practice.
Osborne is the 16th lawyer to join Cozen O’Connor in Canada in the last 16 months. He will be a partner in the commercial litigation department of the firm’s Toronto office and head of its Canadian competition practice. He arrives at Cozen O’Connor after almost five years as a partner at Cassels Brock & Blackwell, one of the country’s 20 largest law firms.
