Dechert & DLA Piper Take On Displaced Afghan Lawyers In UK

Dechert and DLA Piper have launched an initiative to secure jobs for Afghan lawyers at law firms in the U.K.

As part of the scheme, DLA Piper has already offered three Afghan lawyers paralegal roles at its legal delivery centre in Leeds, after the trio contacted the firm in August 2021 to say that their lives were at risk.
